Beginner

New to pole at Studio Verto? Start here! No experience needed — just bring your enthusiasm & curiosity! Intro To Verto introduces new students to Studio Verto & the foundations of pole fitness/dance. You'll learn basic pole grips, test grip strength, & try simple moves & spins in a supportive environment.

Mandatory for all pole students. Must be completed before attending any other pole classes (including flow classes).

Verto Baseline

Beginner

It's time to start building your foundation! Verto Baseline is the first step in your official pole journey — focusing on fundamental spins, basic climbs, & simple sequences that will prepare you for more complex movement down the road. You'll strengthen your grip, learn how to connect tricks smoothly, & begin exploring flow while gaining confidence.

Must have completed an Intro To Verto class.

Verto Evolve

Beginner–Intermediate

Evolve is a foundational pole class designed to introduce participants to essential techniques and movements for climbs and combos. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and confidence while exploring the artistry of pole in a supportive environment.

Must have Graduated from Verto Baseline.

Verto Elevate

Intermediate

Take your pole skills to new heights in Verto Elevate — an intermediate-level class designed to build strength, control, and fluidity. This class focuses on solidifying foundational tricks, improving transitions, and introducing aerial movement to help you feel strong and confident in the air.

Must have Graduated from Verto Evolve.

Verto Freestyle — Adult

All Levels (17+)

$15 / Drop In

Verto Freestyle offers the opportunity to explore your creativity and develop your skills using a pole or various studio equipment at your own pace. This time encourages self-expression and personal growth in a supportive environment, allowing you to design your own workout experience.

Must have taken at least 1 Intro To Verto class and be at least 17 years old.

Verto Freestyle — Youth

Ages 6–17

$12 / Drop In

Verto Freestyle offers the opportunity to explore your creativity and develop your skills using a pole or various studio equipment at your own pace. Encourages self-expression and personal growth in a supportive environment.

An adult who has attended at least 1 Intro To Verto class must stay with all youth students during the entire class time. The adult can share a pole with the youth student for free, or must register themselves if they wish to use their own pole. NO ADULTS unless accompanying a youth student.

Flow Theory — Lvl 1

Beginner–Intermediate

Step into the foundations of pole flow in a supportive and empowering environment. Each class includes a short, beginner-friendly mini routine with a strong focus on transitions, timing, musicality, and body awareness. You'll also explore freestyle to start developing your own unique style.

Must have taken at least one Intro To Pole class. Kneepads highly recommended. Pole heels optional.

Flow Theory — Lvl 2

Intermediate

Take your flow to the next level with more intricate choreography, deeper musical expression, and advanced pole elements. Flow Theory Level 2 builds on Level 1 foundations, combining longer sequences with more complex transitions and skill integration.

Must have completed skills list from Flow Theory Lvl 1. Instructor approval required. Kneepads highly recommended. Pole heels optional.

Verto Condition — Lvl 1

Beginner

Foundational Conditioning

Designed for students building strength, body awareness, and confidence on the pole. Focuses on core activation & control, grip strength & basic holds, intro to pole-assisted conditioning, basic flexibility & mobility work, and low-impact strength progressions. Perfect for newer students at Baseline/Evolve level.

Must have taken at least one Intro To Pole class.

Verto Condition — Lvl 2

Intermediate–Advanced

Advanced Conditioning

Designed for students ready to level up their strength, endurance, and control. Focuses on invert prep & conditioning, advanced core & upper body work, dynamic pole conditioning, active flexibility, and skill-specific strength training. Recommended for Evolve/Elevate students working toward or maintaining inverts.

Must have graduated Verto Baseline level.

TwerkOut

All Levels

$15 / Drop In

Get ready to sweat, smile, & shake it in TwerkOut — a fun & empowering class designed to help you reconnect with your body & move with confidence. You'll learn different twerk techniques, explore how to isolate & control your movements, & combine them into playful combos & routines. No experience needed — just bring your energy!

Knee pads and flowy pants/shorts recommended.

More advanced classes will be available as students progress through levels.

Verto Littles

Ages 1–5

Parent & Me Movement + Mini Workout Class

$45 / child · $80 for 2 children

Tuesdays @ 11:30am (Summer)

Verto Littles is a playful, movement-based class designed to introduce toddlers & preschool ages to balance, coordination, and body awareness in a fun, supportive environment — while also giving parents a light, engaging workout alongside their child.

Classes Include

  • Obstacle-style movement stations
  • Balance and coordination games
  • Gentle spinning and movement exploration
  • Poles and off-pole tools used as stability & exploration aids

This Program Emphasizes

  • Building foundational motor skills
  • Encouraging confidence through play
  • Strengthening the parent-child bond
  • Supporting parent movement and wellness

Parent participation is required. Max 2 children per adult. Monthly registration required — fee due on the 20th prior to each new month.

Verto Juniors

Ages 6–12

Youth Pole Athletics (Gymnastics-Style Training)

$50 / child · $45 for additional household siblings

Wednesdays @ 4:15pm (1 spot available)

Verto Juniors is a strength-based, gymnastics-inspired class designed to help kids build coordination, confidence, and overall athletic ability in a structured and supportive environment.

Classes Include

  • Age-appropriate strength and conditioning
  • Climbing progressions and spins
  • Balance and coordination work
  • Introductory tumbling and floor skills
  • Skill combinations tailored to each child's ability level

This Program Emphasizes

  • Discipline and body awareness
  • Strength and coordination

  • Fun, engaging movement

Students are coached individually within a group setting. Parents are encouraged to remain in the facility and may be asked to assist younger students. Monthly registration required — fee due on the 20th prior to each new month.

Verto Youth Elite

Ages 13–17

Athletic Pole Training for Teens

$55 / child · $50 for additional household siblings

Wednesdays @ 5:45pm (Summer)

Verto Youth Elite is a structured, athletic training class designed for teens who want to build real strength, body control, and confidence through gymnastics-style pole movement.

Classes Include

  • Strength and conditioning
  • Climbing and aerial skill progressions
  • Flexibility and mobility work
  • Tumbling and floor-based skill development
  • Controlled transitions and combinations

This Program Emphasizes

  • Confidence and resilience
  • Discipline and work ethic

Students progress at their own pace with emphasis on proper technique and injury prevention. Parents are welcome but not required to remain during class for older teens. Monthly registration required — fee due on the 20th prior to each new month.
